Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If the box or bottle has been opened (for safety reasons), the return will be voided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as nutraceuticals and dietary supplements cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted, as follows:
Any item not in its original condition that has been opened or is damaged or has missing parts and is not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery day.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on Stripe and/or JP Morgan Chase Bank policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within the following 30 days after your request, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items (special offers and discounts) cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@biotehum.com and send your item to the sender-remitter written in your package.
Shipments and reimbursements
The client will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, as it applies.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise. IMPORTANT NOTICE: As of September 21, 2025, shipments of our products are only available within Mexico, meaning that for now and until further notice, our products can only be shipped within Mexico, ONLY DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS, not suitable for international shipments. The prior is due to recent changes in the customs policies, which originated in the USA. If the customer overlooks this notice and buys/pays online, we will reimburse the amount of the payment, subtracting any fee or charge due to the reimbursement process that Stripe and/or JPMorgan Chase Bank would charge to our accounts. The client is responsible for applying a no-go purchase and the fees due to such a non-proceeding purchase/payment, to be reimbursed
